North Country Education Services (NCES) in Gorham, NH seeks Executive Director to oversee its daily operations. North Country Education Services is nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, in Gorham, NH. NCES is a non-profit consortium that provides extensive services to the 11 North Country School Administrative Units throughout Northern New Hampshire. The services include but are not limited to professional development of educators, occupational therapy, psychological assessment, speech and language therapy and other special education services. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, organizational skills and self-knowledge, along with a proven record of managing people through a collaborative team approach. Outstanding analytical, communication and planning skills are essential. The ability to build, manage and sustain a budget, coordinate the activities of the Board of Directors, committees and associations is critical.
